Cancellation & Refund Policy for Delayed Services:

If a service experiences a substantial and unreasonable delay, AirGSM LLC reserves the right to cancel the affected order and credit the equivalent amount back to the User’s account balance.
The timeline for resolution of delayed orders depends directly on our external service providers and is beyond our direct control.
We are committed to proactively working on all delayed orders and will communicate any updates to the User as soon as they become available.

In the event of account termination due to a confirmed policy violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited at the discretion of AirGSM LLC.

5. Payment Methods

AirGSM LLC provides multiple secure options for adding funds to your account balance:

Binance Pay C2C (Automated): Instant top-up completed from the Add Funds section in your dashboard. The payment reference note is mandatory — without it, credits will not be applied automatically.
Manual Payments accepted: Debit or Credit Cards, PayPal, Skrill, USDT / USDC (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20), Bank Transfer (SEPA / International Wire).

6. Fund Withdrawal

Users may request a withdrawal of their account balance under the following conditions:

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.00 USD.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Binance Pay or international bank transfer.
Processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of the approved request.
AirGSM LLC reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
